BETA rewards regional champions
Jul 03 2009
The British Equestrian Trade Association (BETA), sponsor of the BD Preliminary National Championship, is to treat all seven regional champions to some free shopping.
Each winner will be awarded a £25 voucher redeemable when shopping with a BETA Retail Member’s tackshop, show stand or internet site.
BETA, a new BD sponsor for 2009, represents the UK’s leading equestrian manufacturers, distributors and retailer – and works hard on behalf of riders too.
Wherever you shop, you can do so with confidence by looking for the BETA logo which indicates a professionally run business with an understanding of best practice guidelines set by the association.
Only BETA Member companies are entitled to display the logo and it’s by shopping with them that you can be assured of reliable advice and quality service.
With a mission to achieve excellence for equestrian shops and shoppers, BETA trains retailers to keep them up-to-date with the latest developments in saddlery, bits and safety gear. Retailers can then pass on this knowledge to you – their customers.
So when shopping for a specialist item of tack, particularly when you need advice about its use, visiting a BETA-trained retail professional can make all the difference to the effectiveness of your purchase.
BETA also made it possible for saddlery shops to continue to sell horse wormers, has campaigned for clear labelling of horse feeds and supplements and produces free information guides on choosing rugs, riding holidays, hats and body protectors.
And if you can’t find that particular brand, style or unusual product you’d like to buy, feel free to ask BETA. Contact BETA on 01937 587062 or email info@beta-uk.org
