BETA International wins industry support
BETA International – the world’s leading trade fair for the equestrian, pet product and country clothing sectors – has won support from two of the trade’s most well respected companies for its 2012 show.
TopSpec, famous for its high-quality range of equine balancers and feed, will sponsor the Coffee Shop for the third consecutive year, and Redpin Publishing, with its portfolio of regional monthly equestrian titles, will take up the New Product Gallery’s sponsorship mantle for the second time.
“Sponsoring the Coffee Shop at BETA International presents a great opportunity to meet retailers and wholesalers, as well as allowing us to maintain our presence at the show,” said TopSpec commercial director Michael Bacon. “The Coffee Shop is branded in TopSpec yellow and green, and situated at a crossroads among the show’s busy aisles – you really can’t miss it!”
BETA International’s New Product Gallery also enjoys a central location within the show, where it serves as a showcase for the industry’s latest lines, inventions, services and freshly launched brands.
“New products are the lifeblood of any business and a company’s livelihood depends on them,” said Redpin Publishing director Sara Haines. “As magazine publishers, our job is about making a difference to the equestrian industry, as we inform our readers, raise the profile of new-to-the-market goods, generate brand awareness and direct sales through our pages. The New Product Gallery allows us to build on this work and ensures us a high profile within the show.”
The support of both companies has been warmly welcomed by Claire Thomas, commercial manager of Equestrian Management Consultants (EMC), organiser of BETA International. “We enjoy an extremely good relationship with both companies and are delighted that they wish to continue with their sponsorship.” she said.
BETA International 2012 will take place at the NEC, Birmingham, from 19 to 21 February. Virbac Animal Health will be the main sponsor for the second consecutive year.
